Service Description

This is an advanced course for ages 5-17 We cover the basics of cardio, warmup, stretching, tumble skills like front/back walkover variations, handstand variations, forearm variations, headstand variations, front/back handsprings intro. This is a month long class every Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm Ages-5-17. Students need to bring a water bottle and dress in appropriate attire for tumble/acro. Boys and Girls welcomed. Parents are not able to stay in studio during class but can watch from the outside window at this time. No refunds are given, make up classes are available when a class is missed.
